Strength of Honor is melee-only, bud. Plus, unless you happen to have one of those Smiters that's looking to selflessly support his party instead of charging up and doing his own damage (and I know lots of Smiters who do that >_>), you're going to have to choose between a Conjure and Judge's Insight.
Annihilator, the usual Ranger mob buster is what's called a Barrager. They tend to use either a Conjure Element or Judge's Insight, depending on their skill and financial levels. A Judge's Insight Barrager (R/Mo) with a 5/-1 Vampiric string affixed to a +15 while Enchanted/in a Stance max damage Half Moon and a tolerance for Tiger's Fury is going to be putting out a great deal of damage to anyone caught in his firing line, but it'll cost you a bloody fortune.
A more affordable alternate, though not quite as damaging, is a Conjure Barrager (R/E) with a +damage while Enchanted (add element here) bow. Lay down your Conjure, then start Barraging. You lose a good chunk of damage next to the Insight Barrager, but you don't have to mortgage your soul to do that damage. Currently this is the most efficient way I know of to slam mobs while playing Ranger.
